To capture your pet's expression and features with 100% accuracy, we need clear photos taken in natural light. Please include, at a minimum: a front view, left and right profiles, a view of the back of the head, and any special characteristics you wish to preserve (such as unique birthmarks or heterochromia). After placing your order, you will receive an email containing a detailed "Photo Guide."
Yes! This is a key part of our customization service. Once the main portrait figure is crafted but before it is permanently mounted in the frame, we will take high-definition photos from multiple angles and email them to you. We will only proceed with framing and shipping after receiving your final approval.
We understand your concerns. When we send you confirmation photos, if you feel certain details (such as the shape of the eyes or the fullness of the cheeks) require fine-tuning, we offer up to three rounds of minor adjustments free of charge. However, please note that due to the nature of handmade items, we cannot make drastic alterations that would require scrapping the piece and starting over.
Each 3D felt portrait is meticulously handcrafted—needle-felted stitch by stitch—and involves several time-consuming stages, such as wool selection, base shaping, fiber application, and fine detailing. Our standard production time is currently around four weeks. Once completed, international shipping typically takes seven business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location. Quality craftsmanship takes time; thank you for your patience.
We carefully select high-quality, natural pure wool for our creations, featuring custom glass eyes with high clarity and premium solid wood or eco-friendly frames. The materials themselves are eco-friendly and non-toxic; however, please be sure to keep the piece out of reach of your real pets—the scent of natural wool is highly likely to tempt cats and dogs to chew on it!
