Since the pendant is carved and shaped entirely based on the image you provide, the quality of the photo directly determines the outcome of the finished product.

Regarding Similarity: Hand-sculpted leatherwork and manual coloring are arts infused with a human touch, distinct from machine-based 3D printing. Due to the inherent characteristics of leather and the unique nature of hand-crafting, the finished product cannot be an exact 100% replica of the original image; this variation is precisely what gives handmade items their unique charm.
Regarding Returns and Exchanges: This is a bespoke item made to your specific requirements. Once production begins (marked by the notification email confirming the start of production), labor and material costs are incurred. Therefore, custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a serious quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.
