    Free standard shipping is included with your original order. Shipping time depends on the destination and the carrier.

    Once production begins, orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. Confirmed quality issues will be reviewed in accordance with our quality policy.

    For the best result, choose a clear, well-lit front-facing or three-quarter-angle photo of your pet. Make sure the eyes, nose, and other facial features are visible.

    • Avoid heavy shadows, blurry images, and filters that change your pet’s appearance.
    • Make sure the face is not covered by clothing, toys, or other objects.
